Located on a spacious open-air farm with a backdrop of meadows, hills, and tree lines outlining Milton's mountain ridge offers a versatile venue that can host a variety of events such as weddings, corporate events, and private parties. 

The Ponderosa offers a three-day rental and personalized service arranging tent, table, chair rentals, and more on our selected manicured ceremony garden and reception area. The Ranch, located steps away, is a newly remodeled home available for your preparations prior to your ceremony with the use of a bridal suite outfitted with a beauty bar for the bride and her bridesmaids and a "get ready" room for the groom and his men.  The Ranch also provides spacious rooms for small parties and meetings equipped with a full kitchen, family room, dining room and great room overlooking panoramic views.  The Ranch may also accommodate for overnight stays offering three bedrooms, five beds, and a fold-out to sleep 10.

We allow outside catering and food trucks at our event space. All caterer services must provide Certificate of License/Insurance.
